If your vanilla extract arrives damaged or is incorrectly shipped/ delivered by us please contact us immediately. We appreciate your support and will work with you to replace the vanilla extract. 

 

You may cancel any vanilla extract purchase within 24 hours of order receipt. Please contact us immediately so that we can stop processing on your order and issue a refund.   You will be refunded the cost of your shipping and vanilla extract minus the small fees/costs we are charged for processing the refund.
